1.Go to the EOPYY-https website://eopyy.gov.gr/
2.Select "HEALTH INSURANCE FILE"
3.Enter Taxisnet or passwords (if you have) personal code EOPYY. (Indirectly insured persons enter the platform with their own codes unless they are minor protected members)
4.Enter your AMKA (The user logged in in the previous step) and press "Login"
5.Select "Individual Benefit Requests"
6.Select "Submit"
7.Select "REQUEST SUBJECT" : "OPTICS" for compensation for eyeglasses.
8.Enter the Postal Code "TK" of your home.
9.Enter in the field "CONCERNS" if it is an indirect or direct member and fill in the AMKA. (The indirectly insured after selecting an "indirect member" enter their own AMKA and the rest of his personal data will be displayed automatically. Only in the field "BENEFICIARY DETAILS" enter those of the directly insured. For minors protected members do the same for indirectly insured members
10.Enter your email account and mobile phone in your contact details.
11.In the beneficiary details you fill in the details of the directly insured and the IBAN Bank account you wish to receive the amount of the optical compensation. In the field "Requested amount" we enter the exact amount of the document (evidence) given to you by the optician.
12.In the Referral / Opinion Details you can see the available EKPY Benefits Opinions ("Available" table). Select the number that matches the one just below the barcode in the EKPY benefit statement, given to you by your ophthalmologist, and press the arrow to move it to the "Selected" panel.
13.Upload by pressing "+" scanned or with a simple photo the required documents required (payment receipt, Certificate from the Optics Store, first page of the bank book that certifies the IBAN number you entered)
14.Press the square buttons that you undertake to adhere to 5 the original supporting documents and that at your own risk the data and supporting documents
15.Click "SUBMIT A REQUEST" and wait for the confirmation to be made.
16.ATTENTION - After submitting the request, note the protocol number and the competent FIELD in order to address in case something goes wrong and you do not receive the compensation for the optics.
